Join world renowned artists along with our faculty of jazz greats in a five day residency in the Jazz Capital of the World! Before culminating with a performance that puts students alongside our artists on the worlds most legendary stages - rehearsals, masterclasses, lectures, and sectionals get students into the trenches - learning "more in a few days than most learn in a few years" (Cecil Myers, Band Director, Green Valley High School, Nevada, and 2010 Big Bands in the Big Apple Participant).
Only one collegiate big band is chosen to participate in each NY residency and production. Please inquire about participating in this rare and wonderful opportunity to learn and perform with the masters of this music.
